Todo lo que rodea al Camping Playa Torre la Sal es naturaleza, y aunque paseando podemos llegar también a zonas algo más edificadas, como la urbanización “Marina d’Or“, el entorno que engloba al camping es puramente campo, huertos y playa, la única manera para alcanzar la relajación perfecta que siempre se anda buscando.
Por ello, el campista puede realizar diversidad de deportes y actividades en contacto con la naturaleza que a continuación planteamos:

– Paseos en bicicleta
– Rutas de senderismo
– Piragüismo
– Vela
– Buceo
– Spa-Balneario de “Marina d’Or”
– Excursión en barco a las Islas Columbretes
– Paint-ball en Peñíscola
– Karts en Oropesa

Immediate surroundings

The environment of the camping not only encourages contemplation, but the practice of outdoor activities such as hiking, picnicking, diving, fishing, etc. Without having to take the car to move, in a few step, you can visit four delightful places that almost certainly will have you busy all day. “La Torre La Sal” tower, the fishing village “Torre de la Sal”, “el Prat de Cabanes-Torreblanca” and “Marina d’Or”.

Other Places

Getting a little further away from the camping, but no less important, worth visiting five places with charm; Cabanes, Oropesa del Mar, “el Desierto de Las Palmas” desert, the Hermitage of “Les Santes” and the others 4 towers, near together at “Torre la Sal” tower, relic the past of Cabanes. (“Torre dels Gats”, “Torre del Carmen”, “Torre del Carmelet” towers and the chapel fortified church of “la Ermita-Iglesia Fortificada de Santa María de la Asunción”, encompassed by the route of the Towers.

Hiking

From the camping, you can perform many walking routes that are sure to keep you entertained for days. Here are some of the most interesting: “La ruta de las Torres”, making a tour of the five defensive towers of medieval. “La Ruta Verde”, linking Oropesa with Benicasim through a beautiful walk along the coast passing on the railway line at before. “La Ruta de las Masías” that crosses the old farmhouses of “Jovellús”, now restored and converted into privates homes. The panoramic of the islands “Islas Columbretes” where in the final stretch we glimpse the beautiful volcanic archipelago located at just 35 Km from the coast. The route of the cliff “La Ruta de los Acantilados”, that deviates us from the original route “La ruta Verde” steep trails to discover the semi-deserted beach of amazing beauty. And “la Ruta del Azahar”, through a gentle descent between pine forest and almond orchards.
